THERE’S NEW BRA-SIZED SWIMWEAR TO LOVE
For the first time, Miraclesuit is introducing bra-sized bikinis and tankinis, in band sizes 34-40 and cup sizes D-DDD. The bottoms contain the legendary shaping capabilities that make this brand such a timeless favorite. Check them out in solids and understatedly cool prints.
From beloved bra-sized brand Freya comes the new, on-trend macramé collection (above and at right). “I’m really excited about this personally,” says swimwear buyer Megan Puma. Choose from black or cobalt in a sexy, fun, notice-me monokini, a high-neck bandeau or the classic sweetheart top with underwire.
New to Bare Necessities is the U.K. brand Lepel, a chic and supportive bra-sized brand to add to your swim wardrobe for a modern-meets-retro splash. In bands 30-38 and cups B-G, you’ll find pretty prints and solids, bikinis and one-pieces, including a versatile, beautifully wrapped wire-free halter style that everyone around the office is raving about.
PLUS-SIZE SWIM IS PRETTIER AND MORE ACCESSIBLE THAN EVER
Magicsuit has broadened the size range of its best-selling swimwear. Expect size 16-24 underwire tankinis in hit styles like the artfully draped Taylor and Jolene; sporty-sleek one-pieces like the mesh-and-zip-top Kylie, the asymmetrically-hemmed Brynn, the colorblocked Nikki and even the cute-chic black Bianca swim romper. As with Miraclesuit, the brand clearly gets that women want tops that are supportive, not boob-smushing. (With separates, all that support comes from the bottoms; one-piece suits have it in the front, starting under the chest.) Be on the lookout for new, easy-breezy cover-ups, too.
Bare Necessities is also debuting Raisins Curve, a trendy, contemporary line featuring absolutely gorgeous floral and graphic prints in sizes 14-24 at a better-pick-up-two price.
We’re also excited to be adding Christina Swimwear into the mix. The brand has been creating sophisticated, modestly cut swimwear for over 65 years that looks equally amazing on a wide range of figures; look for D-cup options here with vibrant colors, embroidery and strategically placed patterns in sizes 1X-3X.
